Qualifications

• Valid NC driver's license required within 60 days of hire and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 4-H Youth Development program through clubs, afterschool programs and camps.
• Recruit, train and coordinate adult and teen volunteers; supervise program staff.
• Develop partnerships, seek grants and sponsorships to support activities; ensure accessibility for all youth.
