Responsibilities

• Establish new 4-H clubs and recruit volunteers, especially from under-represented groups.
• Assess county needs with the 4-H Agent and Extension staff.
• Prepare program plans with objectives and evaluations.
• Develop summer youth educational programs.
• Partner with schools to deliver 4-H curriculum and enrichment programs.
• Network to expand 4-H programming and services.
• Report activities and program effectiveness to 4-H and FCS agents.
• Market program successes and generate support for expansion.
