Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (GPA thresholds noted).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the 4-H Youth Development program through clubs and enrichment activities.
• Assist the Livestock Agent with the Cumberland County Livestock show.
• Seek sponsorships, grants, and other funding sources to support activities.
• Ensure accessibility of the 4-H program to youth across the county and develop clubs and programs.
• Recruit, evaluate, and coordinate adult and teen volunteers.
• Supervise program staff and manage grant-funded programs.
