Job summary

Campbell Hall is seeking a Manager of Extended Day Programs to lead and oversee all after-school offerings for K-12 students. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and collaboration with school leadership and HR to recruit, train, and evaluate staff.

The position is full-time, exempt, 12 months, with standard 9:00 am–5:30 pm hours and potential additional time as needed. Responsibilities include managing the CampBrain system, billing, and vendor coordination to ensure high-quality

• Experience planning and supervising extended day programs for school-aged children.
• Ability to collaborate with elementary leadership and HR for onboarding and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule all extended day programs for the academic year.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate extended day staff; coordinate onboarding with HR.
• Prepare payments to teachers, staff, and vendors in coordination with Business Office.
• Manage agreements with outside vendors and monthly billing to families.
• Oversee registration, enrollment, and payment collection using CampBrain and EMS tools.
• Coordinate with Operations on bus riders and lunch/recess supervision.
• Draft program materials and schedules for website and newsletters.
