Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years as a school leader managing staff.
• Experience with school-aged children.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage program budgets and monitor expenses.
• Proactive, self-directed with positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all extended day programs for the school year.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate extended day staff; coordinate hiring/onboarding.
• Review weekly staff timesheets; prepare payments with Business Office.
• Manage vendor agreements and outside providers; monthly billing to families.
• Oversee CampBrain registrations and SchoolPass operations; support enrollment and payments.
• Coordinate with Operations and Bus services; liaise with food services for lunch.
