Job summary

Tuscaloosa County Park & Recreation Authority (PARA) is hiring Extended Day Program Instructors to lead activities, supervise students, and maintain a safe, engaging environment after school hours. You will manage a variety of recreational activities, foster teamwork, and support youth development while communicating with staff and parents.

CPR/First Aid certification preferred; 18+ and reliable teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Experience with children preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Extended Day runs during the school year. We host various camps, events, and youth programs throughout the school year, for which you may be asked to work. Typical hours: 2:00 PM-6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Occasional nights and weekends.
