Qualifications

• Guest-facing experience in automotive service, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-focused environment.
• Experience as an automotive service advisor or express-lane roles is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the express lane and manage service visits from write-up to vehicle return.
• Document guest concerns, vehicle information, and requested services on repair orders accurately.
• Communicate inspection findings and maintenance recommendations clearly and honestly.
• Coordinate with express technicians to monitor progress and manage queue flow.
• Set and communicate realistic time expectations; inform guests of delays proactively.
• Process payments and ensure guests understand the work performed.
