You will greet customers, write up maintenance, review multi-point inspections, and explain recommended services. This role offers a fast-paced environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a service advisor or in a fast-paced customer service role (automotive experience preferred)
• Comfortable multitasking and moving several repair orders at once
• Basic understanding of routine vehicle maintenance
• Strong communication skills to build trust with on-site customers
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Greet express-lane customers quickly and set clear wait-time expectations
• Write up routine maintenance and quick-turn repair orders efficiently
• Walk customers through multi-point inspection findings and recommend needed maintenance
• Keep cars moving through the express bay and flag delays early
• Communicate if a vehicle should be routed to the main shop for larger repairs
• Build trust through clear, honest communication even when something can wait
