Job summary

Central Valley Automotive is seeking an Express Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the express lane. You will greet customers, explain repairs, schedule technicians, and ensure a smooth drive-line flow.

We welcome candidates with strong customer service or hospitality backgrounds, a professional appearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Base pay plus commission, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience with additional assignments.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
