Job summary

Surprise Ford is seeking a Service Advisor to join our dealership service drive. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some automotive training, and at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.

Fluency in English and strong customer service skills are required, with bilingual ability a plus. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, generating estimates, communicating repair timelines, guiding customers through recommended services, and maintaining CSI

Qualifications

Pre-employment drug test and background check.
Current, valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
Minimum high school diploma; some college preferred.
Service Advisor experience.
Schedule appointments and generate estimates.
Communicate repair timelines to customers.
Assist customers in selecting suggested service.
Resolve customer complaints.
Maintain CSI at or above regional levels.
Own the customer service experience from drop-off to return.
Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
