Job summary

Thelen Subaru in Bay City, MI is seeking an energetic Express Service Advisor to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. You will be the face of the service department, greeting guests, presenting repair orders, and guiding customers from check-in to delivery.

With a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts, you’ll have a supportive team, competitive base pay and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Training is provided for candidates with automotive experience not required.

• Comfortable using computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their service needs.
• Write and present repair orders.
• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and necessary services.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services.
