Job summary

Thelen Subaru in Bay City, MI is seeking an energetic Express Service Advisor to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. You will be the face of the service department, greeting guests, presenting repair orders, and guiding customers from check-in to delivery.

With a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts, you’ll have a supportive team, competitive base pay and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Training is provided for candidates with automotive experience not required.

Thelen Subaru is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our team!

$40,000+ EXPECTED ANNUAL INCOME

This position offers competitive base pay PLUS performance-based bonus opportunities, no commission structure

Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!

YOUR ROLE

As a Subaru Express Service Advisor, you will be the face of the service department for our Express Service customers. You’ll help create a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and identify their service needs
• Write and present repair orders
• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and necessary services
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process
