Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Express Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for service and repair matters at our Fullerton location. You will listen to customer concerns, coordinate with technicians, and guide customers through recommended maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, dealership or large facility experience, a valid driver’s license, and a proven record of professional, world-class customer service in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Monitors repair status and informs customers; obtains authorization for changed estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs to meet customer expectations.
• Ensures completed repairs pass quality control or road test.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
