Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of service advisor experience in a dealership setting.
• Strong customer experience mindset and accountability.
• Solid automotive service knowledge; technician background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator between customer and technician.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, and labor costs; calculate customer payment.
• Write accurate repair orders based on customer needs and technician recommendations.
• Present inspection results confidently to close work and maximize customer pay.
• Drive strong customer-pay labor and maintain CSI and revenue metrics.
