Lithia & Driveway’s L0432 Suburban Volvo Cars in Troy, MI is hiring a Parts Advisor for a fast-paced dealership environment. You will assist service teams, manage parts orders, and handle inventory while delivering friendly customer service.

Prior dealership Parts Advisor experience is preferred but not required; 1–2+ years in Napa/AutoZone-like roles are welcome. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required to perform duties effectively.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of Napa/AutoZone or similar aftermarket experience welcomed
• Prior dealership Parts Advisor experience preferred but not required
• Detail-driven, with strong accountability and a sense of urgency
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Interact with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.
• Takes inventory, maintain records of goods received and keeps perpetual inventory controls.

What You’ll Bring:
