Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Service Advisor at Subaru of Gainesville to initiate automotive services, develop estimates, and serve as the customer-technician liaison. You will verify warranty coverage, prepare repair orders, and ensure clear communication of service needs and costs to customers.

The role emphasizes accurate estimates, documentation, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction while delivering Auto Done Easy experiences across our network.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services by identifying performance problems and service requests.
• Serve as liaison between customer and technician to communicate needs.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor.
• Prepare repair orders and enter into service database.
• Inform customer of additional repairs and service needs.
• Administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs.
• Maintain customer records and communicate service progress.
