The Express Service Advisor is the guest's primary point of contact for every maintenance visit -- write-up through vehicle return -- in a fast-paced, throughput-driven environment where the guest experience is set in the first 60 seconds of every interaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write up express service guests quickly and accurately -- capturing vehicle concerns, mileage, and service history and setting clear expectations for wait time and service scope
• Communicate multi-point inspection results to guests clearly and honestly -- presenting additional service recommendations without pressure
• Manage a high-volume write-up queue and keep guests informed on status throughout their visit
• Coordinate with express technicians to keep lane throughput moving efficiently and on schedule
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and minor escalations with composure and a solution-first approach
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS throughout every transaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Guest-facing service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred -- prior service advisor or automotive experience a strong plus
• Clear, calm communicator who stays organized and composed when the lane is busy
• Self-directed with strong attention to detail -- accurate write-ups and realistic wait time commitments are non-negotiable in express
• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
