Job summary

Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek is seeking an Express Lube Advisor to greet customers, guide routine maintenance, and create repair orders at our Walnut Creek dealership.

You will explain service options, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Prior automotive dealership experience is desired.
• Familiarity using CDK Drive or similar dealership management software.
• Provide a respectful experience for customers and communicate information clearly with customers and teammates.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Handle a variety of responsibilities while maintaining organization and productivity throughout the day.
• Represent the dealership in a customer-focused manner while providing high-quality service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
