Job summary

Subaru of Sterling is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our dealership team. This full‑time role reports to the Service Department and focuses on communicating with customers and technicians, preparing estimates, and processing repair orders.

The position offers a pay range of $45,000–$72,000 based on performance with commission eligibility, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a dealership setting and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in dealership setting.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $45,000-$60,000 this is a performance driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
