Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Bryan College Station is seeking an Experienced Lube Technician to join our busy service department. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

You will work with a team of skilled technicians, receive ongoing training, and build a long-term career with a dealership that supports your development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive maintenance, lube technician, or express service experience.
• Experience performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, battery services, and basic maintenance repairs.
• Experience conducting multi-point inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance.
• Conduct comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Inspect and recommend maintenance needs according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to dealership quality standards.
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Assist Service Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant.
