Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lead and manage others.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer's experience and support dealership impressions.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person.
• Maximize daily technicians' time and ensure service demand is met.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Shift is Tuesday-Saturday.
