Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in automotive service or customer service.
• General familiarity with the automotive service industry is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Express Lane guests and gather customer and vehicle data.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and recommend routine maintenance.
• Prepare cost estimates for parts and labor.
