Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an experienced Express Lane Manager to oversee daily operations of the express lane in our service department. You will lead service advisors and technicians, ensure timely vehicle completion, and uphold exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and familiarity with service management software are preferred.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive service management or related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with service management software.

Responsibilities
