Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal contact between the dealership and customers for express service.
• Assist with oil changes, tire rotations and minor maintenance in the express lane.
• Greet customers and listen to their service reasons.
• Provide logical diagnostic services or repairs as needed and give accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with service managers, technicians and sales staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain customer satisfaction above the zone average.
