Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring an Express Lube Advisor at Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek to greet customers, facilitate express maintenance, and explain recommended services. You’ll create repair orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion, while delivering a high-quality customer experience at a busy dealership.

Minimum one year of customer service is required; dealership experience is a plus and familiarity with CDK Drive is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Prior automotive dealership experience is desired.
• Familiarity with CDK Drive or similar dealership management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival.
• Assist guests with routine maintenance and express service needs.
• Explain recommended maintenance and service options.
• Create repair orders.
• Communicate status and ETA to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians for smooth service flow.
• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Support service lane operations and positive teamwork.
