Job summary

Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek, part of Lithia Motors, is seeking an Express Lube Advisor to welcome guests and guide them through routine maintenance and express service needs. You will create repair orders, communicate vehicle status, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quick, quality service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon arrival.
• Assist guests with routine maintenance and express service needs.
• Explain recommended maintenance and service options.
• Create repair orders and track progress.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and ETA.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth service flow.
• Review completed work with customers and confirm satisfaction.
• Support service lane operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
