Job summary

The TemPositions Group in New York, NY is seeking a motivated Logistics Admin to join the export group. You will process shipments through the final stages of the export process and support daily office tasks.

Key responsibilities include matching warehouse receipts to confirm dimensions, weight and pieces; ensuring files are rated correctly; following customer SOPs; printing export documents; and scanning/docketing shipments while keeping clients informed of delays.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments through the final stages of the export process within the system.
• Match warehouse receipts to confirm dimensions, pieces and weight.
• Ensure files are rated correctly and follow customer-specific SOPs.
• Print out necessary documents for export.
• Collate and file documents, scan internal materials, and document shipments; notify clients of delays.
• Perform other office tasks as needed.
