TemPositions Logistics is seeking career-minded individuals to join our export group. You will work within our system to process shipments through the final stages of the export process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer SOPs.

This role requires strong communication, data entry skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include matching warehouse receipts, printing export documents, and coordinating with clients on delays.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments through final stages of the export process.
• Match warehouse receipts to confirm dimensions, pieces and weight.
• Ensure files are rated correctly and follow customer-specific SOPs.
• Print out necessary documents for export.
• Collate and file documents, scan internal records, and notify clients of delays.
• Perform other office tasks as needed.
