Day-to-day tasks include matching warehouse receipts, ensuring correct filing and procedure adherence, printing export documents, and supporting ad hoc office duties.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments through the export cycle in their system.
• Match warehouse documents to confirm dimensions, pieces and weight.
• Ensure files are rated correctly and follow customer SOPs.
• Print documents for export and file records.
• Notify clients of delays and assist with general office tasks.
• Additional tasks as needed.
