Job summary

Save A Lot in New York, Town of Florida, is seeking an Export Clerk to facilitate receiving and shipping international orders. You will build a weekly schedule for the distribution center (DC) and coordinate with food banks and wholesale customers for selections and deliveries.

You will also arrange USDA inspections, prepare certificates, and generate proforma invoices while maintaining documentation and communicating with customers to maximize container utilization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years export experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with USDA guidelines is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive international orders and build a weekly DC schedule.
• Coordinate selections and deliveries with the DC for food banks and wholesale customers.
• Schedule delivery appointments for international shipments.
• Create and send proforma invoices to international customers.
• Coordinate with USDA inspectors and prepare required certificates.
