Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Two to three years related experience.
• Two to four years industry experience, preferred.
• Air Export Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer freight through tracing and tracking.
• Ensure service completion and provide proof of delivery.
• Manage customer support by responding to daily service requests; notify delays; prepare quotes.
• Perform data management tasks: enter shipment data, prepare rates and invoices, run sales reports, maintain files.
• Process pick-up requests and enter data in the system.
