Responsibilities

• Support Export and Domestic customers.
• Create export shipping documentation.
• Maintain customer pricing in SAP and Conga.
• SAP order entry and order fulfillment process.
• Maintain open order report and track back orders.
• Coordinate ocean bookings and follow up on shipments.
• Process documents for FG air freight shipments.
• Coordinate with planning to meet inventory requirements.
