Job summary

CesiumAstro is hiring a Senior Trade Compliance Administrator to manage export licensing, classifications, and regulatory reviews across aerospace products and operations. You will work with engineering, contracts, procurement, legal, and security to ensure compliant transactions and robust documentation.

The role requires strong ITAR/EAR knowledge, TCPLs and TCPs familiarity, and experience with government systems. A bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, international business, or related field with 5–8 years of experience (or Master's with 3–6 years).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export controls, ITAR, EAR, OFAC, USML, ECCNs and export data handling.
• Experience applying trade compliance to licensing, screenings, and regulatory documentation.
• Proficiency with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer export licenses, agreements, exemptions, and TAAs per ITAR/EAR requirements.
• Research export classifications, USML categories, and ECCNs for hardware, software, tech data.
• Review shipments and data transfers to identify authorization requirements.
• Conduct restricted-party screening and end‑user/end‑use due diligence.
• Maintain export authorizations and required documentation per regulations.
