Job summary

This onsite role focuses on order management, quotations, product inquiries, and shipment coordination within a team environment. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite/ERP/CRM software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of customer service, sales, or office experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and sample requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain customer records, pricing information, and transaction details.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Generate reports and analyze customer and sales data using NetSuite.
• Assist with export, government contract, and other customer service functions as needed.
• Welcome visitors and support administrative activities.
• Participate in training, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
