Job summary

MAHLE Aftermarket (US) OB in Olive Branch, MS is seeking an Export Customer Service Representative to ensure timely and accurate handling of export orders. The role collaborates with Export Manager, MAHLE Agents, Logistics, IT, and Production to guarantee customer satisfaction and order accuracy.

The incumbent will maintain contact with agents and customers, explain sales policies and price lists, and process exports and documentation while supporting production and distribution teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with and through others at all levels.
• Experience with AS400 and SAP a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Associate’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive background in export customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Export Manager, MAHLE Agents, Logistics, IT, Accounting, Production.
• Maintain direct contact with MAHLE Agents and customers; inform contacts of sales policies, price lists, order confirmations, proformas, export docs and product information.
• Research claims for credit/debit applying company policies.
• Create and update daily production reports.
• Enter customer discrepancies into the system for review.
