Bayshore Club in Coconut Grove, a waterfront restaurant, seeks a reliable Expo to join our team. You will organize and garnish plates, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure orders are accurate and timely before reaching guests.

You will collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, maintain a clean expo area, uphold food safety standards, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct orders.
• Check accuracy and presentation of each dish before serving.
• Garnish and plate dishes according to standards.
• Ensure orders include sides, sauces, and special requests.
• Communicate with servers to route correct orders to tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo area.
• Assist with restocking items in the expo area.
• Work with front-of-house and back-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address guest needs.
