Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the pass, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes from the kitchen to the guests.
• Inspect and garnish dishes before they leave the kitchen, maintaining presentation standards.
• Coordinate communication between the kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
