• Help with final garnishes or packaging when needed to keep service moving smoothly
• Keep things fast, clean, and organized — every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an expo, line cook, or in any fast-paced restaurant role (a plus, but not required)
• Clear, confident communicator — you keep your cool and speak up when needed
• A multitasker who thrives in the rush and keeps track of multiple orders at once
• Great attention to detail — nothing gets past you
• Physically able to be on your feet, lift trays, and move quickly
