The role emphasizes guest-focused service, accurate order fulfillment, and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and with federal, state and local serving regulations.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.
• Attention to details with good organizational and efficient time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain flow of service and prepare items as per spec.
• Ensure hot foods stay hot and cold foods stay cold with quality presentation.
• Organize table orders in the expo area according to tickets.
• Complete side work and station maintenance.
• Set up, clean and organize work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Expedite food for TueGo, Catering, dining room and bar areas.
• Maintain a friendly attitude and contribute to a teamwork-based environment.
• Support service team to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints.
