Responsibilities

• Inspire and empower your team to host from the heart, radiating warmth and ownership.
• Elevate the overall customer experience with innovative in-store interactions.
• Be the product knowledge expert to drive sales and inspire the team.
• Create engaging in-store experiences through team challenges.
• Track and measure daily sales and stay adaptable to targets.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant to mentor the team, providing feedback.
