Madison LLC is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in New York. You will drive the sales strategy, enhance the customer experience, and lead the store team to meet KPIs and corporate values.

You will manage opening/closing, inventory, loss prevention, payroll & scheduling, visual merchandising, and policy adherence while modeling strong sales techniques on the sales floor. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on execution.

Formación

• Minimum one year of retail management experience; local market knowledge a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems, Word, Excel and email.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed productivity and sales plan expectations.
• Improve profitability by managing controllable expenses.
• Lead on the selling floor with exceptional customer service.
• Train and mentor store associates.
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff.
• Communicate metrics and goals clearly to staff.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Handle daily paperwork and reconciliation.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory to reduce shrinkage.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
