Job summary

Astrid & Miyu Ltd. in New York is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and deliver memorable in-store experiences. You will drive inventory control, VM excellence, and a guest-centric service standard, while building a high-performing team that lives our values.

You will champion CRM programs, host events, and engage with the local community in this exciting new market for us. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop a high-performing team.

• Ability to manage inventory, VM/layouts and experiential retail execution.

The StoreManager Mission:
