Astrid & Miyu Ltd. is opening its first Austin store and seeking a Store Manager to lead an in-store team and deliver an unforgettable experiential retail experience. You will drive warmth, ownership and growth while guiding your team to exceptional performance.

You'll manage inventory, VM and store layouts, while promoting our CRM initiatives, events and community engagement. This role offers full-time hours in Austin with commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Store Manager experience in a retail setting.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.
• Experience in inventory control and merchandising.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and empower your team to Host from the Heart, ensuring warm interactions and attentive service.
• Lead and coach using a reverse leadership approach to build high-performing teams.
• Communicate clearly on the shop floor and provide timely feedback.
• Drive strong performance through inventory management, VM, store layouts and experiential retail.
• Ensure efficient store operations to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Promote sustainable practices and CRM initiatives within the local market.
• Build brand loyalty by hosting events and engaging with the community.
