Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Build memorable experiences with team, customers, and community; support clienteling and events.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers, delivering personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and address inquiries with professionalism.
• Elevate selling behaviors by guiding teammates and onboarding new associates.
• Utilize selling tools and digital devices to provide omnichannel customer service.
• Maintain policy/brand knowledge and communicate promotions and events to team.
• Encourage associate engagement and celebrate successes to foster a positive culture.
• Keep selling areas visually appealing; manage signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness.
• Lead store fulfillment and asset protection, following omni and operations protocols.
