Job summary

Belk in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Selling Lead to drive sales and deliver a consistent customer experience on the floor. You will partner with management to coach associates and ensure presentation and safety standards while providing personalized service.

This hourly role includes monthly bonus eligibility and a focus on teamwork and community engagement. The Selling Lead supports events, clienteling, and merchandise presentation, working with store operations to meet objectives and deliver

Qualifications

1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service.
Willing to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Able to lift and move at least 40 lbs and navigate all store areas.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
Create memorable store experiences through team and customer relationships.
Support customer outreach, clienteling, and event initiatives.
Greet and assist customers with personalized service to enhance the shopping experience.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain product knowledge, promotions, and store events communications.
Lead by example to improve selling behaviors and coaching opportunities.
