Job summary

Belk is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store’s executive team in achieving sales and profitability targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role is exempt with monthly and quarterly bonus eligibility, requires at least 3+ years of retail store management, and offers the chance to shape operations, merchandising, and team development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Store Management experience.
• Proven ability to improve store performance and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable with technology and Windows-based systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve objectives and profit goals.
