Responsibilities

• Lead programming work for experiential projects, with a strong focus on turning concepts into clear execution plans
• Support a variety of additional projects and larger initiatives across the team
• Help create compelling, polished project decks that communicate vision, scope, and approach
• Contribute hands‑on production support for high-visibility experiences and short-turnaround weekend activations
• Apply fabrication knowledge throughout the lifecycle of a project, from early development through installation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in a highly team-oriented environment
• Adapt quickly between different priorities, solving problems proactively as needs shift
• Travel as needed to support project delivery, including trips to Dallas and KOP
