The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in production or creative project management, with proven vendor sourcing, on-set production experience, and strong organizational skills. NYC-based, in-office availability is required to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in production or creative project management.
• Experience managing physical product sourcing and vendor relationships, including the sourcing of overseas vendors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; experience managing production on set including creative hiring.

Responsibilities

• Produce custom merch projects from concept through fulfillment.
• Source and manage physical product vendors across apparel, packaging, and specialty items.
• Manage branding and design project timelines, creative assets, and deliverables as they pertain to merchandising.
• Own production budgets ranging from $10k to $100k+.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Tackle obstacles with critical problem-solving and a solutions-first mindset.
• Track budgets, invoices, and schedules with sharp attention to detail.
• Be ready to get your hands dirty—whether it's packing boxes, organizing a set, or driving a last-minute pickup.
