Job summary

Babylist is seeking a Senior Experiential Producer for a 6-month NYC engagement. You will lead strategy, creative direction, and end-to-end production of marquee events in our Soho showroom, from concept to post-event recap.

Expect multiple events at different stages, collaborating with brand partners and internal teams. You will own mood boards, decks, and vendor coordination, delivering design-driven activations and influencer gatherings while maintaining schedules and budgets in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

Lead strategy, concepting and production end to end.
Deeply plugged into the brand activation and experiential world.
Originates concepts with mood boards and decks from scratch.
Experience producing design-driven brand experiences and pop-ups.

Responsibilities

Set the strategy and concept for events, then produce them end to end.
Lead partner-sponsored showroom experiences in NYC, from 15-person tastemaker gatherings to 500+ multi-program events.
Convert briefs into production plans, timelines and workbacks with cross-team alignment.
Source and manage production vendors and logistics from delivery through installation and breakdown.
Own load-in, show, and strike onsite with real-time troubleshooting.
Capture learnings post-event for internal recap and future planning.
