Job summary

CNC Agency, a fast‑growing experiential marketing firm, seeks a Senior Producer, Merchandise to lead high‑impact physical brand experiences and scale our Merch division. You will translate briefs into production plans, manage budgets, source partners, and oversee logistics from concept to delivery.

Beyond merchandising, you’ll contribute to activations, gifting, mailers, influencer campaigns, and broader programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in experiential production, merchandising, kits production, or related field.
• Proven experience independently leading complex physical production programs from brief through execution.
• Strong budgeting and estimating skills with focus on profitability.
• Experience managing vendors, timelines, scopes, and production requirements.
• Experience building or improving production systems, SOPs, workflows, and processes.
• Strong communication with internal teams and senior-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead kits, mailers, gifting programs, product drops, and unboxing experiences from brief through final execution.
• Manage the full production cycle: sourcing, fabrication, samples, quality control, packing, and fulfillment.
• Run multiple programs concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.
• Source, brief, and negotiate with fabricators, printers, fulfillment partners, and logistics providers.
• Build and maintain a bench of reliable production and fulfillment partners.
• Act as the client’s primary point of contact and trusted advisor, driving approvals and decisions.
• Own project budgets from scoping through final reconciliation and ensure profitability.
• Establish and improve SOPs, templates, and workflows for scalable operations.
• Mentor coordinators and junior producers where applicable.
